Open Review and Linguistic Inclusivity

Recognizing the linguistic diversity in the academic world, we have implemented an inclusive policy. In the Scientia International Journals platform, we accept articles in any language for journal publications, which are translated and published in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with metadata such as titles, abstracts, and keywords available in six languages: German, Spanish, French, English, Mandarin, and Portuguese. Books, on the other hand, can be published in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, without mandatory translation, respecting the author's choice of the original language. Metadata is also provided in the six languages. This initiative aims to facilitate access to information for a wider audience and help researchers from different linguistic regions discover relevant works.

At Scientia International, we adopt a progressive and transparent model of open review, essential for democratizing access to scientific knowledge. This approach allows complete transparency, where reviewers and authors are identified, and their review reports are published alongside the articles. This promotes a culture of openness and accountability, encouraging constructive dialogue between authors and reviewers, facilitating effective collaboration, and enhancing scientific knowledge.

Our Vision and Commitment to Global Scientific Communication
We aspire to be leaders in multilingual open-access publishing, providing a reliable, high-quality, and accessible publishing environment for researchers and scholars worldwide. Scientia International Press is committed to supporting the scientific community by promoting the wide and accessible dissemination of scientific knowledge. Through our open-access publishing services, we seek to advance knowledge and drive global scientific collaboration and innovation.

Government Support
Scientia International stands out not only for its mission to transform the dissemination of scientific knowledge globally but also for the recognition and support from the governments of Portugal and Brazil.

Recognition by the Portuguese Government
We are incubated at Regia-Douro Park, as a result of a strategic collaboration with the Municipality of Vila Real, University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), and Portuspark. Our project gained significant momentum by being selected for the StartUP Visa Portugal program, promoted by IAPMEI - Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation, I.P., under application number 1089. This program, an initiative of the Portuguese government, aims to attract international entrepreneurs to create a dynamic innovation environment in Portugal.

Support from the Brazilian Government
In Brazil, Scientia International is registered under number 51.097.242/0001-86, being one of the innovative companies included in Inova Simples, a special regime of the Brazilian Government aimed at disruptive and incremental businesses. This program offers a simplified path for the formalization and development of innovation companies.

These recognitions reaffirm our mission to be an innovative leader in the field of scientific publishing. With the support of the governments of Portugal and Brazil, Scientia International is advancing to democratize access to scientific knowledge, connecting researchers and scholars on a global and accessible platform.
